WPT - L.A. Poker Classic

The LA Poker Classic inal table from the Commerce Casino was exciting to say the least. A record number of 791 players bought in, which set a record for the biggest prize pool in a $10,000 buy-in event on the World Poker Tour. At the end, one of the shortest stacks going into the final table came back to take it down against a local favorite JC Tran. An amateur and a longshot named Eric Hershler, is now $2,429,970 richer.
